REFUND POLICY – TEMPLATECRAFT.SHOP

Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Last Updated: January 1, 2026

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At TemplateCraft.shop, we sell digital products (Google Sheets budget templates) that are delivered via instant download. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Once you purchase and access the download link or copy the Google Sheets template, you have received full access to the product. For this reason, we cannot issue refunds after delivery, similar to Etsy digital products policy.

2. WHY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS

  • Our products are instantly accessible after purchase
  • Digital files cannot be returned like physical products
  • You receive a PDF with a link to copy the Google Sheets template immediately after payment
  • Once copied, the product cannot be revoked

3. WHAT WE DO IF YOU HAVE ISSUES

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to helping you. If you face any technical issue, please contact us at support@templatecraft.shop and we will help you within 24-48 hours.

We will provide support for:

  • Download link not working
  • Unable to copy Google Sheets template
  • File is corrupted or not opening
  • You did not receive the email with download instructions
  • Duplicate purchase by mistake (please contact within 24 hours)

4. NO REFUND CASES

We will not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Purchased by mistake but file already accessed
  • You do not have a Google account or do not know how to use Google Sheets
  • You expected a different product or feature
  • You do not have Excel – Our products work only on Google Sheets

5. HOW TO GET SUPPORT
